1. Who we are

AYO Inc. provides AI-assisted business discovery, inquiry, booking, integration, and customer communication services. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.

2. Information we collect

We may collect business and contact information you provide, including names, roles, email addresses, telephone numbers, business details, services, locations, availability, CRM or booking tools, and application notes. We may also collect customer inquiry and booking information processed through an AYO service, along with technical and usage information needed to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use information

We use information to evaluate applications, contact businesses, configure and improve AYO agents, provide support, route inquiries, manage bookings, integrate approved systems, prevent misuse, comply with law, and administer our commercial relationship. We use marketing information only where permitted and you can unsubscribe at any time.

4. When we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us host, communicate, analyze, secure, and operate AYO; with systems you ask us to integrate; where required by law; or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.

5. Consent and choices

We seek meaningful consent for personal information practices and limit collection to what is reasonably needed. You may withdraw optional consent, including marketing consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. Withdrawing information needed to deliver a service may affect our ability to provide it.

6. Retention and safeguards

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, contractual administration, dispute resolution, security, and legal requirements. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

7. International processing

Our service providers may process information outside Ontario or Canada. When information is processed elsewhere, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. We use contractual and other safeguards appropriate to the service.

8. Access and correction

You may request access to or correction of your personal information, subject to lawful exceptions. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

9. Updates

We may update this policy as AYO’s services or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
